Q: I lost my gift card, can I still get my bonus card?
A: No, unfortunately without your gift card number, we cannot provide you with a bonus card. You can find the rules for your promotion on the offer terms and conditions on this website.
Q: How do I know if my card is eligible for a bonus?
A: Card eligibility depends on card denomination, date and place of purchase, and retailer. Please review the rules of the promotion, which can be found in the offer terms and conditions on this website, and confirm that the correct product was purchased.
Q: Can I claim my bonus whenever I want?
A: No. Our promotions are planned for certain timeframes. Once that period ends you will no longer be able to claim your bonus. Please refer to the offer terms and conditions for the claim period.
Q: I did not receive an e-mail with my bonus card.
A: Your e-mail will be sent within 4 hours. If you haven’t received it by then, please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still can't locate the email, click on Contact Us for assistance. You will be prompted to enter your card number and email address again, so please have your gift card handy.
Q: Where can I find my gift card number?
A: The card number is located on the back of the gift card above the barcode. Please scratch off the silver foil on the last 5 digits to reveal the 17 digit card number.
Q: I lost my receipt, can I still get my bonus card?
A: Yes, you only need the card number on the back of your card, along with a valid email address to claim your bonus card.
Q: I entered my gift card number and it’s not recognized in the system.

A: In order to be eligible, the gift card should be activated upon purchase at an eligible retailer location. Check with the store where the card was purchased and confirm the activation was processed correctly.
